This fine bone china Sea Globe has a base glaze of mottle grey glaze with a cascading flow of beautiful oriental blue glaze flowing from the rim. Accents of cobalt and aventurine contrasts have been fused into the glaze and during the final firing platinum detailing has been applied to the rim.
Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
