This beautiful fine bone china Sea Globe has been finished with a soft grey glaze overlapped with a fusion of aventurine and blue tones held at a high temperature to create a beautiful movement of the glazed pouring down the globe. During the final firing platinum detailing has been added to the rim.
Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
