This beautiful fine bone china Sea Globe has been finished with a mottle grey glaze. Pockets of blue, green, and aventurine circulate the globe with black lustre line reflect the flowing movement of grasses in sand dunes. During the final firing platinum detailing has been applied to the rim.
Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
