Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
This piece is finished in a deep blue flowing glaze over two thirds of the globe with a tonal oxide reaction towards the rim which has copper detailing applied during the final firing stage.
