This piece is finished in a beautiful aventurine glaze with added oxides to create a bronze and copper patina on the globe . The piece has been finished with gold detailing on the rim.
Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
